SHIBUYA is a typical town of youth. Sometimes with a little bit smell of youth-violent. Therefore, many adults are tend to avoid to go there for entertainment. In fact, long tim ago, there were many jazz cafe there, however, nowadays quite limited….
But, there, new jazz live bar, KOHAKU was born in 2019. It looks that Kohaku was against the trend of new youth culture.It looks that usually there is a nice traditional jazz with relaxing atmosphere, generally.
However, it was on Dec.16,2022, there was an another challenge with “PEACE” performance.

Definitely it is not a traditional oriented band. In the first talks, lead of the band is of ELECTRIC FRETLESS BASS, Ryoji Orihara. He is in a position of music director.
May Inoue has also plenty of taste of rock music.
Of course all 4 musicians have wide variety background including traditional.
Then, consequently, their music is of so ahead in the age of the culture.
