RESPECT OF WEATHER REPORT BY ALL ACOUSTIC SOUNDS

There should be a lot of interpretation on Weather Report World.

From Japan, there is Makoto Kuriya (p) who has been showing “ACOUSTIC WEATHER REPORT” project with Koichi Osamu (b) and Hiroyuki Noritake (ds) since 2015.

The concept is clear. “To rise up essence of the tunes of Weather Report by deleting electronic decoration, and renovating with minimum acoustic piano trio”.

The project started in 2015, 1st album “ACOUSTIC WEATHER REPORT” was recorded in 2016,and 2nd album “ACOUSTIC WEATHER REPORT 2” was recorded in 2019.

All members are on the top of japan jazz. Their performances have been welcome anywhere they went. Probably it should be one of the most impact within the whole WEATHER REPORT interpretation.
