In addition, there are retail sales of coffee beans. Therefore, large roasting machine of coffee beans can be worked a lot!
Not only roasting, but also every cup of coffee is served very carefully and well organized.
Sometime ago in Jimbo cho area, there was very famous jazz cafe, “HIBIKI”. After its close, somebody succeed it under the name of RIHAKU. Then changed to 喫茶去→KISSAKO.
Several complicated succession, however, jazz cafe spirits were still existing in KISSAKO, and all its groups. It is Jimbo-cho jazz cafe new wave !!
