It depends on cafe by cafe, and there is general characteristics on the area how they specialize the morning set service. For example, in Aichi area (in the hometown of mine), usually they care very much. There are a lot of salon talks by the local citizens in the morning without taking breakfast at home.
However, as far as I know, this is my first time to be served with such a typical morning set service at jazz cafe !!
Yes. Many of jazz cafes serve dishes like pasta and curry and rice, not only coffee or tea.
Usually from 12:00 or 11:30 in the morning.
However, “SPECTER” opens at 7:00! and serves morning service until 11:00.
This is another “PLUS ONE”!!
However, question is, frankly speaking, at this moment, how is the target customers situation ?
Probably it is just only my case, however, other customers were all look like “middle aged local women” who were just enjoying local chats each other !!!
