I went there in the afternoon after having some chocolate cake made by daughter. Oh, today is Valentine Day !!
NUTTY is very hardboiled cafe. No talking inside cafe (in order to respect musician’s spirit).
Basically only for drinks. Always several visitors are seriously respecting to musicians.
It is strictly keeping the atmosphere of 60s and early 70s Jazz kissa image. It should be respecting.

I brought my CD, FRIDAY NIGHT IN SAN FRANCISCO (1981).
I was afraid it is not so match with NUTTY image, but it is really DREAMY JOINT PERFORMANCE. At that time there were several “SUPER GUITAR TRIO” all with acoustic guitar. John McLaughlin made strong initiative ??
Of course at NUTTY, with heavy and nice sound !! Much different with mine !!
When I closed my eyes, suddenly I feel I was in concert hall. Exiting battles by 3 musicians were filling up there. In 1981 ?? I was studying at university. The most brilliant days in life. No other thinking than DREAM TO AHEAD !!
