Here at Aketa’s Club (03-3395-9507), there was a very hot session by Miyuki Moriya 3.
(Almost) All tunes were John Coltrane’s or related ones !!
Miyuki Moriya (as, ss)— Coltrane’s spirits was looked like transferred in through 2 hours….
Junichi Sato(b)— First time with this trio, and continuously steady bass line
Tamaya Honda (ds)– Exploring strong drumming as usual.
Overwhelming one was A LOVE SUPREME.
Nowadays especially in Japan, there has been several frustrating situation in regard to COVID 19 and Olympic games……
Under such situation, A LOVE SUPREME was penetrating throughout our heart and body as well. Sometimes strongly, sometimes softly.

Aketa’s Club was open in 1974, which keeps deep Showa atmosphere. He is so nice Ocarina player and manufacture. At the club sometimes he was playing himself !! So long keep playing at Aketa’s Club !!
