7-3, PHILIPPINES: INTRARUMOS (THE WALLED CITY), SPANISH TASTE IN PHILIPPINES

旅・食

We all know about the history in Philippines in related with Spain which is from the mid of 16th through 19th century. However, nothing details in Japan, as far as I see.

Then, now I understand it is just to visit INTRAMUROS.

Nylriam suggested to take a rent a bicycle. Oh, it is much convenient !

We took a ride on stone pavements watching in everywhere with historical building.

Ah, exactly no need to warp to see the ancient days!

Nylriam stopped a bicycle. There we see the extremely profound church. Nylriam explained that it is San Agustin Church, which is only one world heritage in Manila., established in the beginning of 17th century.

We got into the church, and took a seat. I could not stand up for a long time, same as Nylriam.

Nylriam said she was attending every Sunday missa.

Frankly speaking I am not interested to know how Nylriam (and other Philippines people) are thinking about the days under Spanish conquest. Just I see on Nylriam the pure and stable faith, which is the taste of Spanish in Philippines.
